User Responsibility: Any trading decision made based on information from the platform is taken solely at the User's own risk and responsibility.
Article 3: Mandatory Risk Disclosure
The User acknowledges and accepts the following market risks:
High Volatility: Financial markets are subject to unpredictable and significant price fluctuations.
Risk of Loss: Trading involves an inherent risk of partial or total loss of invested capital.
Technical Risk: The platform is not liable for losses due to data stream delays or errors from third-party providers.
Article 4: Intellectual Property Rights
All content, including proprietary source codes, algorithms, and data models, belongs to Davy Select Trading Platform. It is strictly prohibited to copy, distribute, or perform "reverse engineering" on the platform.
Article 5: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed exclusively by Norwegian law. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be brought before the Oslo District Court as the exclusive jurisdiction.
